I work for a national Program team to own enterprise-wide standardization, nationwide escalation, and leadership of quality personnel across the expanding hyperscale datacenter portfolio. • Direct nationwide standardization and escalation: lead root-cause investigations, author binding technical standards, and deliver executive dashboards plus risk briefings to senior leadership.

• Build and lead the national Quality Personnel function: Full hiring, performance management, deployment, and tasking of SMEs across all regions.

• Design and roll out company-wide training architecture and onboarding programs for new Quality Personnel and field leadership.
